1. Information we collect

When you book a flight, buy a gift card or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the number of guests, and the guest weights needed to balance the balloon. Payments are processed by our booking provider. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

We use it to confirm and manage your booking, send meeting details and weather updates, deliver gift cards, answer your questions, and improve our service. With your consent, we may also send occasional news and offers by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. SMS/Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we'll send transactional messages about your booking, such as confirmations, the evening-before weather call, meeting-location updates and day-of logistics. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our booking, payment, email and analytics providers, and only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

6. Data retention

We keep booking records as long as needed for operations, safety records, accounting and legal requirements, then delete them.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected].

8. Children

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information online. A parent or guardian books flights for minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
